Attend this exclusive 3-day,  retreat in Reno, NV.  Over the course of this retreat you will have time to reflect on your health and wellness goals, and design a plan that will help you attain those goals. Through development of mindful awareness, increased mind-body connection and didactic learning you will leave the retreat with a personal health plan, and evidence-based  tools that will help you realize your health and wellness goals.

Retreat Registration Fee: $550.00

*Continuing Education Fee: $300.00 

COV-ID 19 Safety

Self-care is more important than ever, and we are committed to offering the safest environment possible. The retreat will be held in an open-air tent, and each person will have at least 6-feet of space that will not be shared. Please bring your own yoga mat, and your own lunch. Meditation cushions and chairs will be provided for each participant for their use-only during the duration of the retreat. Individually wrapped snacks will be provided, along with bottled water.
