Who should attend this retreat?

Anyone. This retreat is designed for anyone looking to making changes with regard to their health behaviors. In addition, this retreat has been approved for 21 continuing education units for physicans, nurses, pharmacits, and social workers.

What should I bring to the retreat?

What makes this retreat different?

This retreat is not another yoga or meditation retreat. Multiple modalities have been combined in order to support whole-person wellbeing. The intention of this retreat is to support your wellbeing. Multiple tools will be presented, and you will be supported in designing your own pathway to wellness. In addition, you will receive post-retreat support via online group coaching sessions.

Do I need to attend all sessions?

It is recommended that attend all sessions of the retreat.

What is your refund policy?
