Be Well Live Meditation


We will offer meditation in the midst of the COV-ID 19 pandemic. NOW is the time to develop and practice the tool of mindfulness meditation - the ability to be present with life as it unfolds. Many people are experiencing extreme stress and anxiety during this challenging time. In learning and practicing how to come back to the moment, we can help support our immune system, as well as, our wellbeing. There is no cost for this live meditation offering, as it is our intention to help support our community  during this time. We wish you well.
